It is made from a blend of over 100 different wines, with a slight dominance of Pinot Noir, and aged for at least 24 months in Moët & Chandon's cellars. This champagne has a bright fruitiness, a seductive palate and an elegant maturity, making it a perfect aperitif or accompaniment to light dishes.
