Terms & Conditions of Sales
General
- This sale is offered to the staff of LVMH and Diageo staff ("staff") based in Singapore only. During Seasonal Sale periods the sale is offered also to the friends and family of staff.
- All orders can only be received via the e-platform and all submitted and paid orders cannot be changed.
Quota
- In the regular “Year-round” staff purchase, staff will have a maximum monthly purchase limit of S$1,500. Any monthly unused limit is not accumulative and cannot be carried forward.
- During Seasonal Sales, staff will be entitled to an additional S$5,000 purchase limit for the month of the Seasonal Sale.
Product & Pricing
- Prices on this website are listed in SGD, and include GST where applicable.
- Purchases are for personal use only - Reselling of items, through any channel including informal/personal means are strictly forbidden.
- Exchange, return and refund on items purchased will NOT be accepted.
- All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All prices are final at checkout.
- Prices may be adjusted at any point during the sale period. Adjustments do not apply to purchases already processed and cannot be the base for any claim.
- Reference prices that are listed on certain items are taken from a survey of retailers in the market within the month of the reference price being used. These reference prices are not intended to be used as the confirmed price of every retailer in the market.
Payment
- Payment by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard).
- Payment in SGD only.
- Order will be considered final only after payment is completed.
Delivery
- Free delivery for orders S$250 (GST inclusive) and above.
- $25 delivery fee will be applicable for orders below S$250.
- Your order will be delivered within 14 business days. Deliveries will not be made on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
- You will receive an SMS one day before the day of delivery or on the morning of the day of delivery to inform you of the expected delivery time frame.
- Deliveries shall be made to Singapore addresses
- The person receiving the goods at the delivery address shall be deemed to be the authorized representative or the customer.
- Customers or their authorized representative are to check that the goods delivered are correct. If the goods delivered are incorrect, the customer has the right to reject the delivery and ask the delivery person to return the items to the sender.
- Where the customer or their authorized representative does not wish to check the goods upon delivery, the customer will then not be able to raise any disputes with MHDS thereafter. Signed delivery notes will be taken as goods received by customer in good condition.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
- Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept any return or exchanges of products after Acceptance of Goods is complete, as evidenced by the signed Delivery Order.
- In the event where stock is unavailable to fulfill your order, or where you opt for a refund due to an error in delivery, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team to apply the amount paid to purchase alternative products, or to arrange for a refund.
- Where a refund is necessary, it will be processed by MHDS within 2 business days; however, it will take up to 21 business days for customer to see the amount returned to their credit card; depending on the customer’s credit card receiving bank. Most refunds are fully refunded within 14 days after processing by MHDS.
Others
- There shall be no Tourist GST refunds claimable.
- MHDS reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice and has the final decision in case of disputes.
